Fwiw it seems like a perpetual 20% warning level was not part of the conditions for your appeal, and well over a month has passed anyway.

In this case, you literally have zero warns listed, making me think this is a bug with the warning level plugin we use. Trying to fix now, will reach out to you if (hopefully *when*) resolved.

In the worst case, I'll just give all other members 20% for fairness' sake.
