Purpose:

The purpose of using applications for the Discord Team is to ensure the individuals who join our team are capable of performing well in the position they have applied for. The recommended criteria are not necessarily an absolute rule, but are a good guideline for what is generally expected of our staff team.

Discord Helper:
.
The role of discord helper is an official staff position within the Dinkleberg’s GMod discord staff team in a long-term capacity. Our expectations for these applicants are as follows:

• Must have a correctly formatted application filed on the forums
  
• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Must be an active participant in the discord server
  
  • Preferably consistently active for the past 3 months
    
  • Preferably a member of the discord for the past 6 months
    
• Must have no unexpired discord infractions
  
• Must have no server bans or staff/donor strikes/demotions within the past 6 months
  
• Must have no ongoing behavioral issues in any area(s) of the community
  
  • Includes TTT AWarns, PH/Murder watchlist listings, forum warnings, etc.
    

Discord Moderator:
.
The role of discord moderator is an official staff position within the Dinkleberg’s GMod discord staff team in a long-term capacity. Our expectations for these applicants are as follows:

• Must have a correctly formatted application filed on the forums
  
• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Must be an active participant in the discord server
  
  • Preferably active for the past 6 months
    
  • Preferably a member of the discord for the past 12 months
    
• Must have no severe discord infractions within the past 12 months
  
• Must have no server bans, staff/donor strikes, or demotions within the past 12 months
  
• Must have no ongoing behavioral issues in any area of the community
  
  • Includes TTT AWarns, PH/Murder watchlist listings, forum warnings, etc.
    
  • Preferably no documented behavioral issues within the past 6 months
    
• Must have served actively as Discord Helper for the past 2 months
  

Discord Event Coordinator:
.
The role of discord event coordinator is a non-staff position, serving the community in a short-term capacity outside of the scope of the Dinkleberg’s GMod discord staff team. Our expectations for these applicants are as follows:

• Must provided the requested information on a Discord Request ticket
  
• Must be an active participant of the discord server
  
  • Preferably active for the past 3 months
    
• Must have no unexpired discord infractions
  
• Must have no community infractions within the past 1 month
  
  • Infractions include donor/staff strikes, demotions, and bans in any area of the community
    
  • Also includes TTT AWarns, PH/Murder watchlist listings, forum warnings, etc.
