Based off of the pictures, the second guy caught an RDMx1 and leave, because he did leave one second into the round and "technically" served one slay.

For the first guy, it looks like his kill on joseph was legitimate (joseph kills the D, booty kills joseph one second later), and after talking to squid he also left one second into the round and "technically" served one slay.

Both banned for RDMx1 and leave.
