This is just a format suggestion before posting an unban request for the forums. If you are here then you are either curious what different threads say or you were forum banned looking to not be forum banned. Please follow the format the best you can and the upper staff will address the ban by looking at the evidence presented or shown.

Why Admins should unban you: If you have proof of your innocence, please attach them or leave a link where we can see them. However, we understand that will most likely not be the case and the upper staff and/or community members should have gathered evidence to justify the ban

Reason for Ban: Person continuously harassed several individuals on the forums

Please note that community members and/or staff will also give their input on any evidence presented from one or both parties. Ultimately, an administrator or above will make a final decision if you should be unbanned or not.
