You were a great mod so I'm sure you'll manage this extreme leap from trusted to tmod, those extra 3 commands can be very spooky.

I think Hank is a great choice to become a T-Mod. One reason is he obviously has prior experience, but also he has proven to be proactive in handling administrative issues. Hank also is down to earth and doesn't put off the vibe he thinks he is better than anyone else. He also tells it how it is, which I think is a plus trait. +1 o__O
