Generally is solid at evidence gathering. 
Is a friendly person all around while still cutting people out on their shit when they act out.
Has a mound of successful ban requests to prove the first point although they usually have "interesting" names. 

Only con I can think of is that Foxka bullied you into applying but you can just ban him when you get your rank so it'll be worth. 

Overall can't complain. He's done his time as a Blue and definitely deserves to wear the gross Green. He's gonna be just fine.
