This player has been consistently rdming. He has been slain and typically makes a snide remark right before round begins saying "rimreaverhd: ok panda ill see you in  a little ..," shit like that. At first it seemed like he was targeting me, then he started doing it to others as well.

PandaInPants was there as witness and he was able to handle most reports and slay him, but once he ran through the slays, he kept on rdming.
