Other: The first screenshot is after his friend found me by the Russian ghosting.  Unfortunately, I don't have any proof of the ghosting.    Just looked at the Discord, and apparently he has an alt for hacking.

There is enough evidence here to show some teamswapping but not enough for punishment evasion. The alt that was found has no proof of hacking either, it was just an alt that was discovered. No ban will happen at this time.
