That’s crazy, you and I literally had the same starting weight and goal. I’m still working to get up to 150 though, but congrats bro!!

Insane!! Bulking has to be one of the hardest things I’ve done in the past. Props to you dude.

Great job! Training is one of the greatest investments we can make for ourselves, and I’m sure future you will be happy you started when you did. When I started many years ago, I was a scrawny 135 lb, but now I’m up to 200 lb and lean. I see many gains in your future!

Hey what are you using to bulk up? I have terrible appetite all the time bc of my medication

I put oats, whey, honey, peanut butter, a banana, milk, and ice into mine and it's an easy 1000 calories. This should be supplementary to normal meals, and not a replacement (esp. if you're bulking).
