I do not believe this deserves a strike or removal of rank. At the very least maybe a warning or a lesson on how to handle this situation better. He had the best intentions and there seems to be enough evidence of the potential ghosting.

With respect, if something me has a shitty mic that impedes game communication, that is 100% gaggable.
If the kick was warranted then this can be closed without action, especially since the accused is now on the forums and likely has reviewed the guidelines.
