I would wait until you have around 120 hours of playtime or so before you make an application, and I haven't really seen you around the forums that much. That being said, you definitely know the rules and play well with others, and you know when and when not to be stupid. You listen to staff and I rarely seen you report others or get slain so you are definitely a candidate in my book. For now, I would focus on the forum and play time, but I'll give you a +1 for now since I trust you.

-1, you need more community time. Also I'd recommend more server time than just over 100 hours.
