Would recommend more involvement with the community. Hop in the discord, come chat a bit, most of us don't bite.
Take a ban requests off someone's hands while your on server. Introduce yourself. Don't be shy. Please don't AFK on server either for hours. Staff watch closely for that.
Personally, this is just me being nitpicky, get more than 12 days of active time on server. I'd go for a month or a month and a half.
