Reason for ban: "Trolling, Staff Harassment"

Reason for admins to unban you:

So my ban appeal was accepted earlier by the Ultra Fish, but I am still permabanned. This time, instead of saying "We're not putting up with that here", it says "trolling, staff harassment". I literally haven't even gotten back on the server. I saw that my appeal was accepted, went to join just now, and the ban reason was changed and I'm still perm'd. Idk what's going on. You can check connection logs for my steam ID, I have never joined the server since the appeal was accepted.

It's a new ban reason though. It doesn't say "we aren't putting up with that here", it just says "trolling, staff harassment". I tried to upload a picture of the screen but it wont take my imgur link

hmmmmm, both say you're unbanned. I have a couple of ideas that I can check out further.
