Velocity is being looked into. I'm trying to find a time when me and Alora are available to mess around with it. I can't say for certain if it will be as high as 1300, but it is definitely going to be increased from where it is now.

As Christian stated, speed cap is going to be increased, it'll take sometime to do so, and no it will not be 1.3k. The max that it'll go to if it goes that high will be 1k. We'll have to see what works best with the server.
