It is with great pleasure that I ACCEPT this application. My advice for you would be don't get too hung up on everything. As staff people are gonna hate you, some will love you, but as a new staff I want you to take everything as a learning experience and if at any point you feel too overwhelmed or concerned look towards your elder staff members for advice.
