Other: From what I've been informed from HONG, bryanbrr banned this guy for slurs in voice chat originally in the first account seen in the first clip in proof. He was seen again in a different account shown in the second clip.

Definitely same guy, and I have caught this guy ban evading before too. IMO guy is a little mentally ill so it's probably best to keep him off the servers and away from some of the minors.

Based on the similarity in vocal intonations and the prior history of eugenics (STEAM_0:0:136838426) alt evading a ban, I would say that the likelihood of the two being the same person is quite high - the relatively new (2 month old) steam account also reeks of alt.

Player has been permanently banned for alt evasion and has been directed here for relief.
