As we told you last time, you need to follow the proper format when issuing ban requests with proper evidence.
"he has been targeting me and rdming me and gaslighting saying i was have been killing him trying not to die its annoying as hell and killed me on my T round as my teamate" is not proper evidence.
Try taking screenshots, videos round logs, etc.

I'm sure a TTT staff member would be happy to help you make the request if you so asked, assuming you haven't already flamed and insulted all online staff members for such abusive measures as staffing the server, playing the game, or breathing.
