The only possible negative thought I have is maybe waiting a bit with mod on TTT to make sure it's not too much for your plate

this is the only real concern, you just got mod buddy i would say just give it some time to get used to before going for a completely new staff position

aside from that, easy +1, damien clearly cares for this community, he's got a much better head on his shoulders and he needs to update and play sea of thieves with me and murph
