You cannot see members of the opposite team through walls and other items without an exploit of some kind. You especially cannot see the distance of your teammates and/or of the other team. That is a downloadable mod/hack that you used. It is not a feature of prop hunt or Garry's mod that a fair player has or uses. You have been caught hacking and then lying about the knowledge of your hack. The evidence provided is enough for the ban that you were given.
