This application has been denied and you may reapply on 1/12/2019. As Gabe has mentioned in other staff apps, we want to know the answers to things like "So what?" and "What makes you stand out from others?" and your responses feel like they lack any explanation to these questions. Staff applications, especially moderator applications should show a lot of effort when answering these questions. As for other things, we feel that more time as tmod will be beneficial for you to gain more experience staffing and handling situations.
