I apologize for not being more aware of this issue. As I understand neko was a bit creepy with the comments in game but it never appeared to be anything more than a personality quirk. I have also been unaware until now. Once again I apologize for what seemed like a lack of inaction on my part.
Also side note chill the fuck out, nicol doesn't have an omnipresent eyeball in his head that can see everything. He can only see what he has been told, as the sole admin it is his job to decide what result comes of this thread and be as unbiased as possible so he is simply reminding the rules of the thread to those who choose to participate. In no way did he ever say or encourage pedophilic comments. Stop putting words in his mouth.

Just to be further clear, I submitted a punishment one step above normal V-S-M-K-B guidelines that are to be followed by discord helpers. I issued a strike which is a clear warning to cease further activity. As no actual pornographic content was posted, it did not fall under discord TOS - even if it does, I cannot take action without admin approval unless it was clear as day (aka if child porn was posted).
I didn't investigate thoroughly. I didn't have time. I was pinged to one incident and one post, so I removed the one post. It seemed weird, so I removed the weird post. I didn't see the post where he was saying he liked kids etc. I saw the one where he wanted to be loli and 14, which I thought was weird.
I don't dedicate myself to being a discord helper. I'm an engineer by day, and am a discord helper (not moderator, as of now) in my free time as neded, as a service to the community. I'm not a paid police officer who monitors the discord 24/7. If i'm avialable, i'll jump on and investigate. If i'm not available, i'm not available. Despite me not being available, I did jump on for 5 minutes to try and handle an emergency situation in the best I could with the time I had. I understand that some feel that I did not do an adequate job even given the constraints/resources that I worked under.

But regardless, I will be moving this into the Discord Ban request section due to the evidence being provided all being from one individual and from the public Discord. Any further evidence should be provided, either to me or posted to the thread itself. 

The evidence provided is from multiple individuals. Do you think it is acceptable for moderators to respond and communicate in this fashion? This thread was literally created because of the dismissal. In addition to this, moderators were involved in conversations about minors and did nothing. The comment from clearly inappropriate comment from Raider, the dismissal from Jammin and Ethan. I understand it is not ideal to find faults in your staff, but I implore you to do the right thing and not minimalize and belittle this issue to save face.

Tell me where in this screenshot any mention of any issue is? All you see is "is no one concerned about ttt chat right now" with zero context or report of any issue. I hadn't checked TTT chat at the time, so no I was not concerned about it. You even mentioned it yourself " Ted was giving his Mr. Rippe pedophile story at the same time in the VC. ", which was where I was. Listening to the story and sitting with the #general tab open. After jax brought up the actual issue as the last point, I said what and then went and checked discord, and it was dealt with by jammin seconds later (telling them both to drop it, among other things)

I hope you understand that the process of a court of law triumphs any video game process. A court of law does not care about your opinion or discord rules when there is illegal activity and allegations involved. In addition to this, as authority figures you provide and dictate what is and what is not acceptable on the online platform. The accountability that comes with this is the possibility punishable via accessory to the fact. Please understand the gravity of this situation and what is at stake.

So just to clarify, you checked on the discord after "I brought up the actually issue" and despite the fact that Neko had just said a list of pedophilic things, you thought it was appropriately dealt with by a "drop it"? So even after, you went to #ttt and had the chance to look into it, you 1.) didn't actually take the time to read what he said or 2.) thought that a "drop it" and "warn" was fine.

Look, this isn’t meant as a “gotcha” moment. The screenshot wasn’t cropped to favour me. I just want to genuinely know why, even after bringing it forward it seemed like everyone thought it was funny? You’re not a discord staff so I didn’t expect you to be the one to deal out any punishment, but support from you would have been nice. Instead we just got a PH moderator legitimately making a joke out of it, and normal players following suit.

I did not review the entirety of #ttt tonight, nor do I plan to do so now. I may have missed other statements made. I took action against someone claiming to want to be a 'loli' which I know little about (other than it refers to something sexual).

I am in no way "harboring" or "defending" anything. I felt that my actions of:
1. Removing the one statement I addressed above
2. Issuing the maximum punishment I can

Since legal action is somehow now being threatened I will not address this further.

FYI, I don't think legal action is being threatened. I think it's in the same vein as what was being discussed about when sprays were brought up - people like this can indirectly bring trouble to the server. No one's calling the police, rather we just don't want a situation where one player uses dinks discord as a medium to prey upon another player/minor, and then the police indirectly get involved.

As for the rest, you've explained yourself in other comments, and it makes sense. I personally, would have liked to have seen more done at the time, or at least taken more seriously, but given your explanation there is some leeway. I would ask you to go back though, tomorrow when it's not 4am in the morning, and check the messages.

cant help but feel as this whole thread is very theatrical. i think this all couldve been handled with a dm to nicol. i get actions have consequences so yall decided to make it into big mess but i think its kinda weird you would drag mods down and even insinuate that theyre complicit with this it obvious through the screen shots that they were trying to de escalate the problem from reachin to this point. like jammin is one of the best mods imo he rose in rank for a good reason im pretty sure if given context jammin would make the appropriate choice. its weird he would have to defend himself from this hence y dming nicol wouldve been a cleaner approach and ez er
