Thank you for stopping in on yet another application, I know in my resignation I said it would be the last time I staffed, I honestly didn't think the server was going in a positive direction at that point as well as simply not being in a good mental state I didn't want to staff anymore. However with the recent changes to awarn, some old people coming back and new/old faces in the staff team and Bryan/Nicols efforts recently has also made it feel like it will be fun again.

What can you do to help the community:  I've staffed before numerous times, getting to Mod Twice out of my three times being staff. I try to bring an objective view to any situation I come across. Other than that I want to help out on the backend again, I want to get into balancing weapons and helping with the battlepass and helping make decision for the server in a more straight foreward way. With my prior knowledge of how to handle reports and do almost anything on the server I believe I can help out again. I do eventually want to be an admin for this community, I do still think I have what it takes to do that and I still hope to achieve it to do as much as I can for everyone here.

Why you want to help the community:  I want to help the community cause through all its ups and downs its survived and I want to help continue its survival. Also the people here are fun to play with and a lot of people I enjoy being around are here.

How did you find us?: I was just looking through servers, stumbled upon this one and stayed.


Other: My resignation earlier this year was mostly fueled by a bad mental state along with the feeling like nothing good was going on for the server and the feeling that I was not fully trusted as a staff member as around that time a lot of things from staff chat were being leaked to a group of individuals that I was heavily involved with but to clear up any speculation I didn't leak. I simply had no reason to and was never asked to. Now though I am in a better place mentally and soon physically too.

Mini was one of the best staff the server has had. At the time of denial, said reason was
"Thank you for expressing your interest in becoming an admin. You have been very helpful on the further improvement of the server and your contributions have been noted. We’ve had conversions since posting this thread and you know at this time that our team does not need an additional admin. Continue what you’re doing for the community. All of the work you’ve put in recently has only made the server a better place. "

Now, we are down to 2 admins, and have been for a couple of months. I personally don't see anyone coming forward to take these roles, like we all had expected Jammin to. Of course, admins can just tell the community to wait for so long, but is that the correct route here?

Mini handled things in a good way, in my experience staffing with them and even in my times where I wasn't staffing. I believe mini was easily the best applicant for admin that I've seen (given the sample size was low). Sure, mini has been resigned for a while now, but they're not coming back from the oblivion like Obi did. Almost everyone active knows mini and what they've done, I really think this is the perfect time for admins to correct the mistake they made last time and let mini help the team in more ways than before.

Also- unresigning arguments should not be held against admins, sure dong was asked to come back by higherups but thats still someone unresigning into a pretty large position. Mini also had full community support on their admin app roughly a year ago, I suspect not much has changed, granted theres no secret situations the community doesn't know about.

I'm all for it mini was exceptional staff and has the trust of the community and is very well liked and does a lot for the server on the staff front and behind the scenes so I have 0 doubts we would be in good hands with mini good luck :) +1

Wow a lot of interest in TTT Admin these days!

From me, -1 for Admin, +1 for T-Mod/Moderator

I wasn't around to see Mini as a staff member, but having played with them frequently and recognizing that they have a lot of past experience as staff on the TTT server, I feel an un-resignation is appropriate since they stepped down pretty recently. Imo though un-resigning to a higher position feels... kinda strange. I think some time back as an intermediate/upper level staff member would be good before jumping in as Admin, both for Mini to get back in the swing of things, and to reinforce to the community that they'd be a good fit for the position.

Also, while I love to hear interest in helping maintain and improve the server, a lot of the things you mentioned you'd like to help with are doable as a non-Admin as well (as I'm sure you know). Even as a lower staff rank, your help in balancing weapons and testing/contributing to addon improvements would be welcomed and greatly appreciated :)

All in all, I'm happy you're in a better place and think the community is heading in a better direction, and would very much like to get to work alongside you as staff. I just think Admin would make more sense a little bit down the line.

MiniMe2001 was one of the best staff members of all time when they were staff and I don't think anyone can argue that they weren't. I have no qualms about them joining back into the staff team.
