PREFACE: 

• Because Web Staff is the smallest staff team within the Dinkleberg community and generally consists of no more than a few non-admin members. 
  
• Applications will only be open when the Web Staff team is actively recruiting.
  
• A Web Admin will make an announcement when applications are open. 
  

Current Status:  OPEN

Minimum Requirements

• Be 18+ (certain situations and content are not appropriate for underage users. This protects staff from accessing content they shouldn't be able to)
  

Highly Prefered & Recommended

• Preferably be a current or past staff member in the community
  
  
• Be an active participant in the forums and the community at large
  
  
• No ongoing or concurrent community behavioral issues
  
  
• No recent server (legitimate) bans or staff/donor strikes
  

Notes:

• Minimum Requirements: What is absolutely necessary to apply. If you do not meet the minimum requirements, you will not be considered an eligible candidate. 
  
  
• Highly Prefered & Recommended:  Since these factors are open to interpretation, they will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This means these qualities are preferred but not necessarily required to apply.
  

Procedure

• Use the provided format below and create a new thread in this subforum. 
  
  
• The community will provide feedback and post opinions on your application. 
  
  
• You may want to contact any current staff members you know. Their posts may help your application by providing us with insight into you as an applicant. 
  
  
• Web Staff will deliberate and determine if your application is approved or denied. A Web Admin will respond with the decision.
  
  
• If denied, applicants must wait one month from the date it was denied to re-apply (If applications are still open).
  
  
• Submit only one application, as only one will be considered. 
  
  
• Carefully read this page and write the application as accurately as possible the first time. Try to avoid major edits as this may confuse the admins and members commenting.

Admin Application Format and Requirements 

Before posting, please review if admin applications are being accepted
Admin Application Status: OPEN

Requirements
- Current Web Mod for at least 6 Months.
- Notify current Web Admins of your intention to apply.
- No mildly significant or major behavioral issues as of late.
- Has an exceptional knowledge of the rules and guidelines of being a web AND community staff member, enough to thoroughly train intermediate web staff members.
- Has a vision for continued development of the forums.
- Can think for themselves, be confident in their decisions, and can objectively handle all situations.
- Consistent activity in the community as a staff member and have had Web Staff for a minimum of 4 months.
- Has experience handling advanced community staffing issues other than on the forums.
