From the Donor menu:
10K premium points == $15 USD
1K premium points == $5 USD --> 3K PP == $15 USD
250K points == $5 USD --> 750K points == $15 USD

Therefore your SP : PP ratio is either 750K/3K = 250 SP per PP, or 750K/10K = 75 SP per PP - depending on how much you sell out.
