1st off I'm gonna give you your pros. You are serious when it comes to staffing on the server, and you don't have patience for trolls, but that also means your pretty blatant as well.  
moving on I did it in pro's app, so I'll do it in this one:

A little bit better than pro's, but the poor consistency still shows.
I like you as a staff member, but tbh same with toaster your time is less than the average time in applications for trusted's.

+0 Pretty much what Deadpool said if you improve on those aspects and show how you are different than the other TMODS or Mods in general and stand out then you will will have a better chance at Moderator for now its a 0.

-1, I agree with Deadpool, you have the tendency to get really mad at the slightest things. And even blow up on fellow staff members rather than talk it through. You often yell to get your point across. Other than that you are a good staff member, but I'd rather see your attitude change before I +1 this.

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't you have at least a week of playtime if you've been with the server for two years?
Maybe the times got reset or something I'm not sure. What I can say for sure is that I've been on the server almost daily for the past two weeks and I can count on a single hand the amount of times I've seen you on the server. Maybe we just play at different times... But I wouldn't know because you didn't list it under Availability. Another personal anecdote of mine is that you argue with me every time I try to enforce rules (even if you're wrong) and even if I'm telling you that Administrators on the discord are instructing me to do something. On top of that, my reply is longer than your whole application.

When you are actually on the server you're barking at me, debating rules over the mic when I try to be subtle and talk it out over admin chat. You screamed at me for saying "I'm going to give him infinite slays so he can't RDM any more people" in an attempt to keep a lid on things. You responded by flaming me on mic instead of talking in admin chat with me. I unfortunately don't have footage of the conversation but Burrito Bowl even references this.

He successfully killed 3 and attempted to kill a fourth. You only slayed for two of the kills.

I wouldn't describe screaming and trying to argue with another test mod as peaceful or logical.

I apologize if this seems angry or vindictive because it's not, I'm just trying to express my disapproval in a more reasonable way than going back and forth and yelling.

I have to agree. Your playtime is rather inconsistent. You tend to become a bit aggressive towards rules when discussing with staff and players. Those are the only reservations I have about your application. Work on those and I could see you becoming mod in the future. For now -1.

honestly i dont know if i have the right to -1 you but i have never seen you online, and considering you joined in 2015 you should have WAY more time that just 6days. thats less that 5 hours per MONTH.

Pandora, I'm sorry but your attendance on the server is dismal. You've been here for 2 years and if you never bought tmod, you'll just be getting regular. That's not good at all. I'm gonna have to deny tha app, which means it's a -1. I recommend you actually play the game, become less salty, and be way more active in the community. -1 from me.
