fucked up thing to say, saying something is a "joke" will not automatically make it ok. saying "oop" also does not make something obvious its a joke.

this is not an issue of something being taboo, this is an issue of you making a legal accusation against a person, REGARDLESS if you are saying you are joking about it. a joke should never be something that could ruin someones life.
