I feel as though this is escalating into a he said/she said with blatant bias due to the personal opinions people here have on the individuals involved.

If Tamber has video evidence of the incident then they should present it here in order to argue that they did indeed follow donor guidelines when it came to gagging Cinnamon. If not, then both parties should be sent the donor guidelines for future reference in order to avoid situations such as this.

Hi cinnamon (and Tamber)

I have had time to digest, re-process and listen to various opinions internally.

To Cinnamon, I owe you an apology. Everyone should be afforded a fair chance to be heard out no matter what. We are all human, so I hope you can accept my apology for making a mistake and allowing the biases I brought to the table to sour my prior comments.

To Tamber/toaduh, we have recieved your video and reviewed it internally.

to everyone, we will try and get this wrapped up as soon as we can with a final call that is as impartial as possible. 

again, I apologize for my prior bias, and I will update when the rest of the team has reached a consensus.

after a thorough review of the provided video footage, the staff team has reached a conclusion.

Tamber will recieve a warning and a review of the donor guidelines.


To Cinnamon, the staff team would all strongly recommend usage of more civility and avoidance of using insulting language and talk. Not only does civility go a long way, but using insulting language and talk towards others is the best way to generate animosity towards yourself.

From me personally, cinnamon, you carried yourself in a way that definitely drew the behavior that you were a recipient of. Now, of course, the manner in which it was executed was poor, as it was not really communicated directly to you that interaction with you was not desired, but your behavior could, at best, be described as "boorish" and "poor" from another's perspective. I do understand that it can be frustrating when people dont respond, but that is often a qeue to change the subject or let the server lay low for a bit. 
please conduct yourself with more civility here. Insulting people will result in hostile interactions as a natural reaction.
