I am a -1 to an unban due to the history provided by chibill. A punitive timeout is necessary to address Russell's behavior.
I'm neutral to a reduction of ~1 week.

Russell is of course free to file a ban request in the proper forum with the proper evidence if he feels someone else needs to be punished/warned for the same behavior.

Nicky did not get a warn, because unlike you after his initial gag and verbal, he stopped and never did anything again to require a warn, while you went on to then say that joke after your pervious gag, and verbal warning. You were indeed gagged twice on the 12th when all this occurred, we have records of that.

1st offense was me being angry at Nicky because who wouldn’t with such a thought like that? I can’t believe people would think it’s ok what he did 

2nd offense: was a joke question but no mic spam occurred what so ever and he just straight up gagged and warned me to get me banned for 2 weeks cause you know he was looking to be trigger happy

-1 admitting to doing the things and taking accountability for the things you did are two different things. i think it would be best for the 2 week ban to stay to give you time to chill out just based on how you react in this thread. the staff are not out to get you specifically as it seems thats what you think, they are trying to keep the server a safer place for the community.

fun fact, the entire community can give their opinion on unbans! i honestly have only heard what you specifically have typed out in this thread and the other thread you made. you do not paint yourself in a good light at all as you try to explain away the situation. this thread is your unban appeal but you spend most of your responses blaming others for your own actions or blaming others for their own actions, the second one being completely irrelevant to the conversation that should be had. like Jammin said, youre free to make a ban request for this nicky dude if you truly feel that it should be addressed but bringing it here is doing absolutely nothing for your cause

Your first offense was talking about Rape on the server, you then eventually asked about playing porn over your mic, honestly staff could have just warned you and had you temp banned when you were first talking about rape, but they gave you a chance, that you then eventually threw out the window.

And no, no one is saying Nick, saying he thought you were talking about pedo stuff is no wrong, which is why just like you he got a gag and was verbally warned.

but coco did not gag me she told everyone to drop the subject if anything which I did. The only time I was gaged was several minutes before I got banned. But I get it. He’s your friend and you treat him like a teachers pet so it’s ok what he does. You are playing the double standards
