Bug - Winchester sounds broken

Now I may have broken it myself because I was trying to rip files I want to make a scoped winchester to then beg to be added but I don't know shit about making that kind of thing and all the tutorials online are ass but my winchester no longer makes the cocking sound and that is a MASSIVE bug that is RUINING the server and if it is not on my end I think it should be looked into IMMEDIATELY and with much haste

If it is ruining the server it is probably not a bug but a feature
