There's no member of staff more deserving of moving up than Oven.
Since day 1 he's been active and an absolute pleasure to play with to everyone who crosses paths with him.
He staffs moderately and fairly. He never steps on toes, he never talks down to people.
Oven is an absolute bright spot in the community.

Let me actually add something meaningful here.

Hardcore's been a very positive presence on the server for as long as I've played with him. He keeps the game fun & lighthearted, but he puts his foot down when he needs to. He's really a player's staff member, tending to lean towards leniency whenever possible. 

He's just as easy to reach out to with concerns as he is to chat with casually. Despite his rank, it never feels like he's up on his high horse, and he handles issues on the server fairly and with grace.

My only real concern is that he has a mild tendency to become overwhelmed and withdraw from situations that could really use his level head to resolve. This is admittedly very rare, but I have seen it happen before, and I'd expect to see the frequency of that behavior reduce to zero once he becomes Moderator :)

All in all, I'm happy to see this app! I'm looking forward to seeing a green Hardcore Oven :D
