Command isn't blocked, either the code is messed up or there may have been a miscommunication with it. Regardless it isn't that hard to tell if someone is looking through walls/etc with 3rd person.

It used to be blocked but it isn't for rn and we will have to wait for Dink before it's blocked again

If it's still enabled that means the server has sv_cheats set to 1. You shouldn't be using thirdperson anyways, it's considered cheating because you can see inside T Rooms.
