What They Did: I was falsely slain because I killed Monekydog57. I killed monkey dog because I called out a traitor who was in front of him and he did not attempt to kill that traitor. (This thread explains the why [http://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/thread-1880.html])

Other: my question, Considering Foxka killed two innocent's and ran away without ID'ing and Monekydog57 witnessed both kills. Is it justifiable to kill him based on that reason instead of my current reason?

Breaking down their statements:

Monekydog57's (proof): rdm noi proof i was a T the guy killed was latter blocking the sec guy I didn't see him kill

1. "You KOSd both of us at the same time," No. I did not call you both at the same time. I called you out first and then Monkeydog57.

2. "not to mention I was away from him when i killed the person on the ladder" No. You were blatantly in front of him.

As i said in the slay report, you KOSd him before he would have even had a chance to shoot at me. I watched the death scene and you only saw monkey dog on top of the unidentified body, WHICH HE IDENTIFIED, and from your point of view in the youtube video all you saw was my backed running into the T room. Yes, this was sus at best.

The only thing I admit to being wrong about is you kosing him at the same time, as that was another player (y'all have similar voices lol)

The way you guys were positioned suggests you were directly below Monkey while he was on top of you. I watched the footage in slow motion to make sure, and yes you were indeed below monkey. If he was an Inno, he would have had a shit ton of time to kill you, but he didn't. A solid 3 seconds of time, in fact.
In your slay reason, you stated "I was away from him when I killed a person".
This is clearly incorrect, as you were below him.

Additionally, another person called a KOS on monkeydog, as in the video monkey stated "But why me?" before Conner was able to call a KOS on Monkey. Monkey's statement following him saying why me indicates he attempted to kill the guy at the bottom of the ladder, saying that he "Deserved it for ladder blocking", and monkey had not given warnings prior to killing which would have made him traitorous anyways.

Watching the video, monkeydog was right next to you when the KOS was called. He also observed you killing the player, then running away. From what I can pull from this, he didn't need time to ID the body. He ID'd the body, then ran away not even bothering to kill a player that was being KOS'd, even witnessing the murder.

From what I've been told, this is killing on suspicion at most and that it was KOSable if the player was defibbed. But looking at the thread given, Dakody said it was KOSable at anytime. So I don't know really what else to add to this. If Foxka was in the wrong, we'll just end up adding a slay to him and that'll be that.
