from what I can see from the first video he just looked up and shot him in the head. He didnt snap thats for sure, so I hope the second video will be better

Keep in mind spectator detection is a feature in a lot of mods. According to Zephyr, when his camera wasn't locked onto Unreal by pressing E, he was snapping everywhere, yet when he was locked on his hacks appeared to turn off. It's very possible he was indeed hacking and he stops when being spectated as to not give it away.
He messaged this as soon as we started spectating him too, and none of us told him.

I don't have full evidence this guy is hacking, nor do I fully believe he is. I'm just posting evidence that may indict him.
