You're mistaken. There is plenty of aimbots made exclusively for source engine, most of the more recent are configurable and can be set to act more like an aim assist. Just because an old game is running on an old video game engine doesn't mean everyone has stopped working on mods/scripts/hacks/etc for it. The problem with the video against you is that it doesn't look like you are flick shooting, but 1-3 frame snapping on two different players.

The frame snapping is caused by server lag.
