+1 I full on support a proper warning system. I see way too often that people do a quick unexplained warning, and then immediately punish/mute/gag and it leaves the player confused as to what they did wrong, and leaves 0 room for improvement on their part.
I agree with everyone else here on the lack of communication between staff. There needs to be more of that, and the warning system would help with it I believe. Also players getting gagged/muted for one round is extremely odd, considering half the time it's at the end of the round almost, so it leaves them 0 time to learn their lesson. I think either a full, 3 round, or half map gag/mute is appropriate.
Ghosting is also a large issue on here, and needs to be addressed far more than it is. It takes some of the fun out of the game, and I think the warning system would be a big help to that. On Sona servers we offered the option to swap them to their friends team, gave a warning, and if they kept on with the ghosting, provided punishment (Either a kick, or a ban for multiple repeated offense)
