This looks similar to the spectator lag that was mentioned in previous bans.
If i'm not mistaken, you may need more than a 30 second video to prove someone is hacking to prevent dismissal due to insufficient evidence.

imo more evidence is needed but it does look fishy and staff should kep an eye on him in the future

This is not sufficient enough evidence to warrant a ban, however he will be placed in a watchlist and if anyone has further evidence, they can DM it to me or an admin.
