He had no friends on from the second I looked at him, there is a possibility he had a friend but I watched that guy too, no friends and didn't get kills like he did.

From what I can see, here are some time stamps from Deathstar's videos.
Video one- 1:30 pretty good screen shake, 2:00 finding Burnout Bob without looking hard, 2:54 no friends on server proved. Video two- at the beginning there is no recoil on the SMG. This could be something with the server, but I doubt it. The rest of the video shows him going prop to prop, finding them rather easily.

That doesn't explain him having to continually fire his smg to hit a can. I mean wouldn't that have been the greatest time to activate the aimbot if he had one?
If the map was more complex or there weren't more than one occasion where he went over a minute not killing anyone I'd consider it. However, this, his shooting of other props in the area, running back and forth, and crouching at certain points is the acts of a ghoster. We will count it as ghosting for now and can proceed if he returns after getting banned or not.
