I opened up a bit about my life to Ethan a week or so back and he was fully willing to talk to me about it despite me just mentioning it on the side he picked up on it. That kind of behavior and genuine humanity is what I expect to see in a moderator. Not only is he one of my personal favorites to play and staff with but he has become very knowledgeable very fast. So his skills plus his intuition make me believe he, out of everyone on the staff team right now, deserves moderator most.
