Part 1 (From beginning of the video to 0:23) shows screenshot #2 below where he attempted to hit an inno with a crowbar after damaging them. 
Part 2 (From 0:23 to end of the video) shows his RDM on me in screenshot #4. He left shortly after.

After seeing old logs, it looks like he rdmed almost every round he played until leaving. Banned for constant rdm.
