Can I be really honest? I have no idea who you are.
I imagine you are older staff, and while I don't doubt the credentials you present, I feel you should be more active before getting promoted. I think it's a requirement to have 2 months of active gameplay before promotion, in fact.
Regardless, it's nice to meet you, and I hope to play with you soon in game! :)
