My only concern, you and I have discussed this, is that you do sometimes say something inappropriate. This generally comes along when you take things too far when getting after someone. You did touch on it a little bit in the application above and I do know that you still say some of the things that are too far, but now you do it not on server. You have learned to either not go to far at all or do it in such a way that the other person cannot hear what you are saying and does not subject the players to what you are saying/typing in chat. This means to me that you realize the problem, have discussed with me the problem, and have implemented a couple of solutions until you found the one that works best for you and the server.

You meet all the requirements, you are active everywhere, help players out, and genuinely care about this community. You are willing to learn and apply concerns or new concepts and I believe you would do just fine as moderator.
