It's a +1 from me, of course.
You are very active in the community, you add a lot of fun to the gameplay. Even when enforcing the rules you try not to sound strict, but calm and relaxed. You are quick at catching haxors and ghosters. If someone has a concern about someone else's spot or actions, you immediately jump to spectators to check. You answer pings when you are able to and you are always helpful towards newbies.
People here love you, you're a wonderful member of the community.
I believe you will make a great mod!
I remember the only time I accidentally killbinded as a prop (it happened at the very first second of the round, because I was spamming it since the hunter round like crazy) and was immediately jumped on be two staff who made it clear for me that I did a bad and shouldn't do it ever again.
So, I can see your point here. Even if you're a staff, you must follow the rules so that others won't be confused or frustrated.
And as a staff you don't have to killbind to check other people's spots, you can just join spectators.

You don't have to babysit those who ruin the game for others. And they do suck.
