The man who issued the ban may have issued a +1, but not the one who filed the ban request. Edit: I'm a +1 now, but keeping the ban request here for reference.

I won't oppose an unban since he barely committed to keeping the RDM to a minimum. But man it doesn't seem like he is taking this seriously.
But he's been banned since Christmas so I guess we could just reban if he acts up.
