[sp\] Hola Gamers o/ ! Since I have been mentioned, I'll give my take.

I don’t think Norm using his powers should be a cause for concern. As far as I'm aware, Norm has only ever abused me with his powers, which I have given consent to. I’ve asked him multiple times to fuck with me and sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn’t. He usually uses powers on me when the server has a few or no people. There are instances like the one that Milly brought up where Norm has used his teleport power to get out of the map with more than just a few people around. I’m not gonna argue whether it was right or wrong because I’m biased and I personally see no wrong in it. It didn’t disrupt anyone’s gameplay nor did anyone complain about it. With all the time I have spent on Murder with Norm being staff, I know that Norm uses his killbind right after he teleports. He waits until he gets the attention from a certain person, usually me, and then killbinds. He doesn’t excessively use his powers when his friends are on and he doesn’t abuse any of his powers when his friends aren’t on.

I’m sure he has used the !slaynr ability on a few of his friends and then removed it right away, just like he does with me. I don’t see the concern for this either. Norm usually does this when a friend rdms him. If Norm doesn’t remove the slays in time for the next round, then that friend will be serving a slay for that one round like they should be for rdming. Of course that’s my thoughts on it so take it as you will.

As for the admin application, I'm not gonna give a vote because I'm biased. I will support Norm no matter what and I believe that’s why I shouldn’t give my vote. I have nothing bad to say about him or his role as a staff member. I truly believe he wants to help the server and he’s a one of a kind staff.

Just so you know, the “It’s ok I gave consent and it’s just us” argument is the exact start to the command abuse problem that started in 2018 for TTT. We ruled that it was fine then and it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes the admin team made that year. Since it was an issue for so long with the upper staff new staff were trained that this was okay and to my knowledge TTT still has issues with this.
