Strikes don't work in certain situations, especially when individuals are racist, harass others, or mic spam. Mods should have the ability to gag/mute players for X minutes or even permanently pending an ungag/unmute request by said player.

Being able to gag a player for a long time would definitely be very cool, but there's a lot that has to happen in the back to do that as I explained.. realistically though, if people are racist and harassing other players, they really should be banned, not muted..
