You've been doing the job without the title for a while now. I know we've talked in private about it and like everyone I want you to be happy and healthy, I think you are a different person to when you left, in the best way possible. Your priorities have completely changed and I know that you will always put baby and family first. 

I also know that you have found being part of things again a great distraction and something to keep your mind busy while at home with little one. You also know that all of us will help you out where we can and kick your butt if you need it kicking. So yes I think Murder would be very lucky to have you as admin.
