Because i do not want someone who is community banned, usually for illegal/sexual activities these days, to have an open spot to post whatever they want before an admin can maybe watch it. Tho some kind of moderated hybrid on the ban could catch it, tho you still have it technically there. Or i could have a community ban rank to differentiate...
I did intend to get travis on making that list so its possible and maybe even a better idea to have a separate rank for that.
