Since I just came back from a break, I haven't had many interactions with him. The only issue I've personally had, is when he blatantly false reported Foxka just because Foxka reported him, which was the first time I've ever been on with him...
Based on the evidence though and what people have said... +1. The issues he has caused as warranted it. I know of players who specifically avoid getting on the server so they don't have to interact with him.
