I was one of the players who have been gathering evidence and encouraging others to do so (thank you @"Kizzy?" for responding when no one else on the staff team would) so I will leave my official response in light of everything I have experienced with ThePhoenix.


My first interaction with this clown was him harassing Shaye, a complete stranger to me for some heinous things that is not even worth repeating. I don't want to give unwanted attention to this, but it was extremely disrespectful and not ok for a place to play a damn source mod.

My second interaction with him was on Casino where he was mic spamming racist music. I dont remember what but he was laughing a lot about playing some shit through his speaker because the song said the n word in it. Real mature stuff.

Then he had another go at harassing someone, to witch i had to gag him myself because staff were afk/dead and i had to type into @ chat for help regarding him.

My final and last noteworthy interaction was when he told Shaye to commit suicide. This alone should be worth a community ban, and I can't believe nothing was done about it. Absolutely a huge failure from the staff Team.

And then just today he caused an argument in discord about some prop exploits, that yeah to be fair should not be exploited, but the way he went about it was done solely to spark argument and he does this all the time knowing full well people are going to cause arguments.

I recommend he get's excommunicated via community ban immediately and without appeal for at least 6 months, if he's even lucky to be forgiven for the shit he has caused.

in response to shaye as I have already mentioned and posted the screenshot. shaye had said they would slit my throat and that I should go kill myself and I simply responded w the same that they should go kill themselves too.. secondly dont remember spamming racist music through my mic... Only song I have played was ram ranch for like 30 sec but no one cared. Discord stuff was to prove that the ones that continuously gaslight me and say I am a toxic player are toxic themselves and break numerous rules and get away with it because of they are friends with the staff... which I've proven multiple times

Additional toxicity, he finds ways to harass people in ways that other people did to make jokes, despite certain people being visibly annoyed at it. Hani, for instance, got ghost pinged by him in her very first interaction with him because he heard GCubed was banned for pinging her in the discord. There's a screenshot of this interaction, he deleted the initial ping. This is here just to further the fact that he will go out of his way to harass people he has never interacted with for his own amusement. Everyone knows Hani hates getting ghost pinged, does she deserve to get it done by someone she doesn't even know? No.

I'm commenting only for the purpose of providing evidence of the ghost ping here.
What the intention was of pinging then deleting or not, i'm not here to comment on. Just providing evidence that a ghost ping did occur.

pinging someone once is harassment? I am confused.... thats like me calling out your name once and u saying I harassed u for saying your name... That being said I shouldnt have done it yet but harassment is a bit of an overstatement
