I very rarely have issues with someing moving up to TMOD as it provides you with some very essential commands for staffing. Those being !bring  !karma and !getcommandtable. (!fspec ain't a bad on to have either).

I see nill issues or incident that would impact why you shouldn't move up.

Congratulations you got the Kaptains approval to become a Test Mod.

Don't worry about becoming Ugly, you always have been.
